You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions by registering with The Whisky Rebel Design. These terms and conditions are in addition to the website’s normal terms and conditions, privacy statement, and usage guidelines.

The Whisky Rebel Design is referred to as “we” or “us” in the references in the text that follows, which refer to “thewhiskyrebeldesign.com.” All references to “you” and “your” in this context refer to the individual or organization signing up to utilize thewhiskyrebeldesign.com.

Registration You must have finished registering on our website before you are able to make a purchase from us. Note that in order to register, you must be older than eighteen.
After registering, you must not allow any other party to use or access your account on your behalf, and you must maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account details.

Due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates, all non-sterling prices displayed on the website through the use of the multiple currency function are subject to change. We cannot guarantee that the exchange rates used by your payment provider will match those on our website.

Age Restriction
Only adults over the age of eighteen (or the legal age in your own country) may purchase alcoholic beverages from us. By using our website, you attest that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age at which alcohol may be legally purchased in your nation of residence.

In order to stop fraud and underage purchases, we retain the right to request identification from first-time customers and those who are collecting whisky.

A person of legal drinking age in your home country must sign for all deliveries; identification may be needed.

Despite our best efforts to guarantee that you receive your item in great condition, no claims can be made for failure or leaking during transit because of the different ages of bottles and their seals. The buyer is responsible for determining the state of the liquid.

Items that are put up for sale could have flaws including rips, tears, stains, dents, scratches, rust, and more on bottles and packaging. While we make an effort to draw attention to this damage in the lot description, if it is not mentioned in the description but is evident in the photographs, the buyer is assumed to have seen it and is not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order legally under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel. For all cancellations, we have the right to impose an administrative fee.

Any Services Agreement may be terminated by you for any reason, including the conclusion of ongoing auctions. In cases where an auction is judged to have started and is effectively under way, refunds will not be granted. We will return any money that you have paid us that is related to the provision of services that you did not use.

Should the products have been delivered to you prior to contract cancellation, you will be responsible for returning them to our contact address at your own expense. Should your contract be canceled after we have processed the items for delivery, you will need to return the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense and risk. You should not open the goods when they arrive at your place.

The 2014 Client Contract Regulations are in effect. The customer has 14 days to cancel if an item does not look or match the photo on our website. After receiving the item, please get in touch as soon as you can, and we’ll provide you with more instructions.

Any money that we have taken from your credit or debit card after you have informed us that you are terminating your contract will be reimbursed to your account as soon as we can, and preferably within 30 days of the cancellation.

Our website lists our delivery fees (see shipping). Please be aware that we are not always able to ship or deliver; if you have any questions, please get in touch with us to find out if we can reach your region.
The address you provide for delivery when placing your order is where we will deliver the items. The accuracy of this address is very crucial. If you are not home when we deliver, kindly specify where you would like the things left.
Once the items are delivered in compliance with your delivery instructions, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them.
After receiving payment, we will work to deliver the items within 7 days.
After the items are delivered to you, you are responsible for keeping them safe; we won’t be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Note that the courier is not able to insure whisky bottles while they are in route. By purchasing bottles, you agree that The Whisky Rebel Design is not liable or responsible for any breaks or leaks. For a fee of three percent of the total cost, including shipping, we can provide insurance.

US alcohol tax is applied to all bottles that are offered for sale. Upon arrival in the selected delivery destination, your order may be subject to local sales taxes and duties, which may be assessed at the time the shipment clears local customs. The recipient is liable for any additional taxes and fees.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow local customs, laws, and regulations for their own county; The Whisky Rebel Design cannot be held liable for any delays or seizures by customs or any other third party.
